In March 2025, we conducted the 35th edition of our trade mission in Tanzania with a team of nine Business Engineering students and seven students from fields such as Communication Sciences, Law, and Political Sciences.
Based in Dar es Salaam, the students also travelled to Dodoma, Arusha, and other regions to conduct fieldwork and engage with local stakeholders. The mission was organized in close collaboration with Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), with the support of Ivan Korsak and Micheline Vermeulen.
The mission was officially launched by H.E. Peter Huyghebaert, Belgian Ambassador to Tanzania. We were also welcomed by various institutions, including the Tanzanian Embassy in Belgium, Clyde & Co., Enabel, and the Switzerland–Tanzania Chamber of Commerce.
Supporting 15 Belgian companies across sectors such as automotive, energy, and logistics, the mission fostered valuable business connections and international exchange.
